Beth is currently recognized as a national speaker/trainer, most notably in the area of improving oneself in business and health as related to the 13 riches of life.
Her college education in Occupational Therapy in the early 1980s set her on a journey working with all age groups, from preschoolers through geriatrics, gaining a passion for helping others find the champion within themselves to move them ahead in life.
Following her passion, Beth became certified in the first certification class offered by IDEA Fitness organization (now known as ACE) to offer more support to others in their future health. She managed the fitness program at the Naval Air Station in Willow Grove, PA before taking the entrepreneurial step to own her own Corporate Fitness business in the Philadelphia area. She was also hired and traveled as a national level fitness trainer in the 80s and 90s.
Beth and her husband relocated to Florida in 1990. While starting their family and working as a Medical Marketing Consultant, Beth’s own health challenges led her down a path of healing through the power of nutrition, prayer, and positive thinking.
She has spent the past twenty years, in partnership with other health professionals, providing guidance to persons in losing sickness and finding wellness through education of science-based programs. These include nutrition, mindfulness, body composition and supportive supplementation for a life filled with health and abundance.
